Investor Question and Company Answers

Questions received November 28, 2006

Q: As a long time share holder in your company I am curious about the lack of concern for the stock price we are at.  In reading your last 10QSB filed last week you state that the company is in need of financing to continue as a going concern.  Yet you continue to have a stock price that is controlled by short or naked short sellers and you do not appear to being doing anything to prevent it.  With the news put out today and the 100 units sold to Warm Home Improvements this stock should be just ticks away from the penny mark.  Yet as of this writing we are in the red for the day.  I am wondering why you have not called for a NOBO to determine the exact owner ship of the stock.  Or does the price not bother you and you know something that you can not share.  As a person who is in the red on this stock I hope it is the latter.

A: We are concerned about the share price and we are working to identify our long shareholder base. Given the high volume of trading in SLWF there is a limit as to how deep we can cross-correlate between current and street name shareholders though the NOBO list, which is often out of date even before we get it. We are also examining other methods for discouraging short sellers over the long term. In addition we are working to make the company a success with our upcoming product launches.

Q: How is it that a small New Hampshire contractor with few (if any) employees can use 500 units of your S-XGens?

A: The company you are referring to actually ordered 100 units and is a qualified purchaser and as such once the company does purchase the units they can resell them or utilize them in their own business - their motives and end use are their own.

Q: How can an "IT" company with an outdated web site in NYC use 500 units of your S-XGens?

A: We do not sell product based upon critiquing a qualified purchasers web site - we sell based upon qualification as a viable purchaser.

Q: Are those orders by "entrepreneurs" that will then become distributors?

If so, why did your press release OMIT mention of RESALE, while today's press release explicitly mentioned that the company you claim ordered 500 units intended them to be for RESALE

A: Any client that purchases the units has the right to resell them - they are not prohibited and if a client desires that we indicate publicly that they will be reselling the units we will honor that request.

Q: Why only 3,000 units for manufacture during Q1 when it's still five weeks before the beginning of the quarter?

A: The 3,000 units in the first quarter number is not a constraint of our production capabilities but is based upon our initial sales projections for the S-XGen)

Q: Who is your OEM for the first 3,000 units?

A: (N/A question)

Q: Where will these products be manufactured?

A: China, as indicated in previous press releases and filings

Q: Will you have a prototype or a production unit in Vegas at the CES trade show?

A: As previously stated production units, the next generation of the prototypes demonstrated at the Value Rich Conference
